About Your I.F. Coach
Hi! I’m Allison Woods, the Founder of Your I.F. Coach, Intermittent Fasting for a Great L{IF}E. I have been living an intermittent fasting lifestyle since May 2019. I spent most of my life morbidly obese. I know what it is like to try diet after diet, only to fail and gain even more weight. With intermittent fasting I have shed more than 120 pounds. I also have many improved health markers and life experiences. More importantly, I’m keeping that weight off!
I’m excited to help you live a vibrant and healthy life! As an Intermittent Fasting Coach, I have the knowledge and experience to help you design an intermittent fasting lifestyle that works. Here are my credentials: I am a Certified Health Coach with extensive experience in health education & training, individual & executive coaching, facilitating groups, and career counseling. I hold a Masters Degree in Public Health, specializing in Health Education. I have also earned a Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) in Organization Development. [Please note: I am an organizational psychologist, not a medical doctor or therapist].
