One on One Coaching with Allison – Three (3) Month Program


This customized package consists of 12 virtual, private 1-on-1 sessions.   You and Allison will do a deep dive into your goals, beliefs and habits and design an intermittent fasting method tailored specifically to your needs.   The first session will be 60 minutes and all subsequent sessions will be 30 minutes.  You’ll also receive on-going support and encouragement in a private intermittent fasting Facebook group for the full length of your program.
