Your coaching services have infinitely improved my life. I only wish I had known about intermittent fasting coaching services forty or fifty years ago.

I was trying to lose weight. I hadn't heard the term before working with you and, thus, had no prior experience with intermittent fasting.

I love the way I feel and look now. I have moved from a size 16-18 to a size 12 and am consistently receiving complements about my appearance. I look forward to seeing and meeting with people rather than dreading such experiences. In short, my self image as well as my self confidence have vastly improved.

I now embrace the opportunity to be with family and friends and am consistently much happier than I can remember being.

Intermittent fasting has become natural for me and I really don't have to think about it. As my relationship with food has improved, I find I have more energy to expend everyday and have even resumed riding on my stationary bike. I am also more optimistic about facing whatever the future may bring.
